By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Wheels America (OEM Wheel Experts), you agree to the following terms:
What Messages You May Receive
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Shipping and delivery notifications
- Back-in-stock alerts you have requested
- Customer service responses
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Transactional messages (order updates, shipping notifications) are sent as needed when you place an order. Promotional or alert messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Wheels America does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Consent
By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Wheels America at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to buy from us.

Your phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering messages (e.g., our SMS platform provider). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
