We only purchase wheels that are in repairable condition. Examples of being non-repairable would be a crack in the back lip of the wheel, or one of the spokes.
Complete Our Core Purchase Application
Step 1 — Find your wheel. You can search two ways:
- By interchange number — type the number directly into the search bar (e.g. “70235”)
- By vehicle — select your Year, Make, and Model from the dropdowns and the matching wheels appear automatically
Step 2 — See your offer. Tap on the wheel that matches yours. The system checks whether Wheels America currently needs that wheel. If they do, you’ll see a price per wheel. If they’re fully stocked, you’ll see a message saying they don’t need it right now — try again later or try a different wheel. Chrome wheels are not accepted. You can set a quantity if you have more than one.
Step 3 — Upload photos. Take or upload a front and back photo of each wheel. All photos are required before you can continue.
Step 4 — Enter your contact info. Fill in your name, email, phone, street address, and select a drop-off store (Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Antonio, or San Francisco). Shipping is not available — you must drop off the wheels in person at one of the six locations.
Step 5 — Submit and wait. After you submit, Wheels America reviews your request. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the store address where you should drop off your wheels. The store team will be expecting you.
Step 6 — Get paid. Bring your wheels to the store listed in your confirmation email. After inspection confirms the wheel is repairable, you receive a check for the offer amount.
